We live in an era where the pace of change is incredibly rapid. In such times, it's crucial that we align our own speed with the speed of these changes. Adapting doesn't necessarily mean a significant or swift increase or accelerating hastily; it means making the right kind of progress.
A fast-burning fire quickly extinguishes. Excessive speed increases risk and wear. On the other hand, ignoring these conditions also carries high risk. There's a well-known saying in risk management: "The greatest risk is the risk of repetition," or in another sense, "The greatest risk is the risk of repeating inaction."
Therefore, in an era that signals to us in every way that the speed of change is high and that things will be different in five years, it's logical to move forward with a forward-thinking perspective to cultivate an advanced society.
In this journey, leveraging the potential of young people is of great importance. Youth, who are sometimes mischaracterized or labeled in the media due to generational differences and differing approaches, are the flag-bearers of technological development.
In every era, young people have been pioneers; today is no different. However, due to the exponential growth in technology and the fact that ownership of major media outlets is not in the hands of the youth—but rather middle-aged or older individuals (of whom there are many examples, though we won't delve into them here)—growth and development face certain challenges. Thus, the question of who will dominate the media in the near future is one of the most fundamental issues that the future will reveal.
The future will arrive regardless, and those who have prepared themselves for it will achieve greater success. The future is busy sending signals to us; Are we able to receive these signals and use them to our advantage?
